Marsha Clarke B.S., M.B.A., Ph.D.
Marsha Clarke is a business consultant and certified Christian Life Coach dedicated to helping her clients find renewed purpose in their personal, professional, and spiritual lives. With more than 20 years of experience in analytical management and problem solving, she is uniquely qualified to assist clients as they face obstacles in the workplace and at home.
As a senior program analyst and former addiction counselor, Marsha is now following her dream of helping people get to know themselves. Marsha offers a range of in-person and remote coaching services, including business consulting, intersectionality coaching, entrepreneur coaching, spiritual coaching, grief and loss coaching, and recovery coaching.
Marsha’s approach is grounded in compassionate listening and communication. She believes all people possess the answers they seek provided they can unearth them. Moreover, Marsha is determined to assist clients as they overcome cultural biases and the “unwritten rules” present in modern society. In collaboration with Marsha, clients will identify key issues and motivators with the goal of designing innovative strategies for long¬-term success. All coaching sessions are private and confidential.

Marsha holds an M.B.A from National Louis University and a Ph.D. from Capella University, where she has received several academic honors. Marsha is also a certified Level II Contracting Officer Representative and an active member of the Mutual Partners Association. She currently resides in the Washington, D. C. metropolitan area and enjoys reading and researching in her free time
